Property blueprints for Epstein's secluded tropical island included in the photographs.
Additionally contained in this latest document drop appears to be a property layout for Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.
The financier bought a smaller island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the larger adjacent island in 2016 for around $22.5 million.
These photos suggest he had drawn up plans to develop the 161-acre island by erecting living quarters, an performance venue, an submerged workspace and a pool.
You can see the plan is Pillsbury Sound, a marine passage in the region, indicated on the lower right-hand corner.
This development map is marked up in handwritten red notes and includes a notes section detailing various sections of the estate.
Accompanying the main plan are what look to be nine other construction diagrams and construction drawings, including designs for marina coverings.
