Wilfried Nancy insisted he did not fear losing his job, asserting, “The team is really close to things turning around,” in the wake of sliding worryingly close to being fired with a comprehensive loss to the Ibrox side.

A Second-Half Collapse Leads to Old Firm Loss

“The performance we had at stages was really, really, really high. That happened. And I would not say that if it was not the case. That is the reason, when it comes to wins, I mentioned we've seen this before. For that reason I feel we are nearly there to things turning around. But for the moment: the fine margins.”

“I saw plenty of positives that we did, like today again. However is performing for 90 minutes. My narrative would not be the same. This is why I am convinced the team can to get back on track.”

Opposition Reaction Stance

Rangers manager was cautious about a title charge in spite of what felt like a huge result. “We take it game by game, and we can develop something here,” he said. “The belief in the squad is excellent.”
