Liverpool's Star Extends Regret to Liverpool Dressing Room, Discloses Curtis Jones
The Liverpool midfielder has revealed that Mohamed Salah apologised to the entire Liverpool squad following the controversy from his televised remarks.

Salah was left out from a vital match after making accusations and claiming his relationship with manager had deteriorated.
“Salah is an individual and he can say his own stuff,” Jones revealed. “His apology was clear and was like: ‘If I’ve affected anybody, I apologise.’”
Arne Slot has chosen not to disclose on whether he was apologised to from the veteran striker.

He emphasized that the squad's reaction was unchanged. “He was his usual self, he was smiling and it was business as usual,” Jones added.
The midfielder also implied that a player's desire to start is a positive trait. “I understand there are specific approaches you can express yourself,” he said. “However, if a player is content to just be on the bench, then I think that’s a bigger problem.”

Their results have been impressive in the games following the initial controversy. The player is convinced the forward's comments were not designed to destabilise the squad.
“In moments of frustration, it has consistently come from a good place,” the midfielder stated. “That chapter is closed and we’re uniting strongly, playing well and starting to win games.”
